Welcome to Zwight – Hyperfast Premium Food Delivery. By downloading, accessing, or using our app/website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility & User Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering or placing an order.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  4. Zwight reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity or policy violations.

2. Orders & Payments

  1. All orders must be placed through the Zwight app or website.
  2. Prices displayed include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, wallets, or other online methods integrated into the app.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be restricted or excluded from certain offers.
  5. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Zwight.

3. Delivery Policy

  1. Zwight provides hyperfast delivery, aiming to deliver food within minutes.
  2. Delivery times may vary depending on location, kitchen load, traffic, and weather.
  3. Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and reachable.
  4. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund/discount will apply.

4. 15 Minutes or Free* Guarantee

  1. Zwight promises delivery within 15 minutes for eligible orders.
  2. If delivery exceeds 15 minutes, customers are entitled to a 5% discount for every minute of delay, up to a maximum of 100% (free order).
  3. The timer starts from order confirmation shown in the app.

Exclusions:

This guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Severe weather conditions (rain, storm, floods, extreme heat, etc.).
  • Natural disasters (earthquake, fire, landslides).
  • Traffic disruptions (accidents, roadblocks, jams, construction work).
  • Public disruptions (political rallies, protests, VIP movement, religious gatherings).
  • High-demand periods (festivals, national holidays, major events).
  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address.
  • Customer unreachable (wrong phone number, not answering calls).
  • Bulk/party orders exceeding a certain number of items or order value.
  • Pre-scheduled/pre-orders.
  • Any force majeure event or circumstance beyond Zwight’s control.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has started.
  2. In case of system errors, duplicate transactions, or non-availability of items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  3. Zwight reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
  4. Refunds/discounts under the 15-minutes guarantee may be provided either as direct discounts, wallet credits, or vouchers, at Zwight’s discretion.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

  1. Promotional offers, coupon codes, or loyalty rewards cannot be combined or transferred.
  2. Zwight reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
  3. Discounts/offers apply only to eligible orders as per the terms mentioned.

7. Food Quality & Responsibility

  1. All food is prepared fresh in Zwight’s partner kitchens or in-house facilities.
  2. Customers are advised to consume food immediately after delivery for best quality.
  3. Zwight shall not be liable for any health issues arising from storage, reheating, or misuse of delivered food.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Zwight will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
  2. Maximum liability of Zwight in any case shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.
  3. Zwight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. By using the app, you consent to Zwight’s collection, use, and storage of your personal data.
  2. Data may be used to improve services, process payments, send notifications, and personalize offers.
  3. Zwight does not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. These T&C are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
  3. Zwight reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time without prior notice.
